• Completed and signed South Africa Visa Application Form.
• Two recent passport-size colour photographs as per the official photo specifications.
• Personal Cover Letter explaining the purpose of your visit:
  • Employed Applicants: Cover letter on plain paper.
  • Self-Employed Applicants: Cover letter on the company letterhead.
• Original Bank Statement for the last 6 months, duly updated and stamped by the bank. Applicants applying through Delhi or Mumbai should maintain a minimum balance equivalent to South African Rand (ZAR) 3,000 or the equivalent amount in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Confirmed Return Flight Tickets showing your complete travel itinerary.
• Hotel Reservation Confirmation covering your entire stay in South Africa.
• Day-wise Travel Itinerary outlining your planned activities and destinations during your visit.
• Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate, if you are travelling from or transiting through a country classified as a Yellow Fever risk area.
