Essential Documents for a Singapore Visa Application

Please ensure you have the following documents ready before submitting your Singapore visa application:

Original Passport with a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of travel and at least 3 blank visa pages. If you have previously travelled to Singapore, please provide the passport number(s) of your previous passport(s).
Completed and signed Singapore Visa Application Form.
Two recent passport-size colour photographs as per the official Singapore visa photo specifications.
Personal Cover Letter explaining the purpose of your visit:
Employed Applicants: Cover letter on plain paper.
Self-Employed Applicants: Cover letter on the company letterhead.

Employed Applicants

Last 3 months' salary slips
Copy of Employee ID Card

Self-Employed Applicants

Business Registration Certificate
Memorandum of Association (MOA) / Partnership Deed (if applicable)

Retired Applicants

Pension Book, Pension Statement, or any valid proof of retirement

Students

Valid School, College, or Institute Identity Card
Additional Documents Based on the Purpose of Visit

Tourist / Visit Visa (Visiting Friends or Relatives)

Invitation Letter or
Letter of Introduction (LOI) / Form V39A

Sponsored Visit

Sponsorship Letter from the sponsor
