Essential Documents for China Tourist Visa

Please keep the following documents ready before submitting your China Tourist Visa application:

• Original Passport with a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of travel and at least 3 blank visa pages. Please also provide all previous passports, if available.
• Completed and signed China Visa Application Form.
• Two recent passport-size colour photographs as per the official China visa photo specifications.
• Personal Cover Letter stating the purpose of your visit:
  • Employed Applicants: Cover letter on plain paper.
  • Self-Employed Applicants: Cover letter on company letterhead.
• Original Bank Statement for the last 6 months, showing a minimum closing balance of INR 1,70,000.
• Income Tax Returns (ITR) or Form 16 for the last 3 financial years.
• Confirmed Return Flight Tickets.
• Day-wise Travel Itinerary for your complete visit.
• Confirmed Hotel Reservation covering your entire stay in China.
   

  Documents for China Business Visa

  Applicants travelling for business purposes should submit the following documents:

• Original Passport with a minimum validity of 6 months and at least 3 blank visa pages. Please include all previous passports, if available.
• Completed and signed China Visa Application Form.
• Two recent passport-size colour photographs as per the official specifications.
• Original Business Cover Letter on the Indian company's official letterhead.
• Invitation Letter from the Chinese host company mentioning the purpose of visit, business details, duration of stay, and other relevant information.
• Indian Company Registration Certificate.
